Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders and wound care, crafting personalized plans that truly make a difference
• Deliver evidence-based interventions using manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments for optimal outcomes, and collaborate seamlessly with healthcare teams
• Provide expert consultation to patients, families, and caregivers while documenting everything with precision
• Lead discharge planning and supervise assistants to elevate rehabilitation services
• Participate in care conferences and trainings to stay at the forefront of physical therapy excellence

Qualifications

• Oklahoma State PT License (required)
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience or new grad with Level II fieldwork (not just observation)
• LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Oklahoma State Licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
• Expertise in wound care, manual therapy, ambulation training, and therapeutic modalities
• Strong communication for team collaboration and patient counseling
• Electronic documentation and regulatory compliance savvy
