Shift Type: Variable nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hour guarantee

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch respiratory therapy and patient care following physician orders and hospital standards
Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures with precision
Evaluate patient responses to therapy and swiftly implement corrective actions
Educate patients and staff on procedures, equipment, and safety for better outcomes
Maintain equipment through routine checks and service to ensure reliability
Keep accurate records and reports to support seamless team collaboration

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on RRT experience
Training in Ventilator, Bipap, ICU, ER, and ABG
Active Michigan state license at time of submission
BLS and NBRC certifications required
ACLS preferred for added edge

Education

NBRC certification and Michigan state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management and Bipap therapy
Proficient in ICU and ER respiratory care
Skilled in ABG analysis and interpretation
Strong patient education and safety protocol knowledge
