Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night 3x12-Hour, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, weekends vary based on unit needs

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float to oncology medical-surgical units delivering compassionate care
Prioritize staff safety in a secure corrections environment
Manage telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation with confidence
Administer IV therapies, blood products, and cardiac drips making real impact
Support diverse patient needs from oncology treatments to renal management

Qualifications

BLS certification required
EPIC charting experience required
2 years recent experience in PCU, MS/Tele, or Stepdown
Oncology experience preferred but not required
Flu vaccine required with medical exemptions allowed

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Medical-Surgical/Telemetry expertise
PCU/Stepdown patient care
IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line management
Respiratory support including BiPAP/CPAP and tracheostomy care
Cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills
Oncology patient monitoring capabilities
