Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients in a rehab setting, making real differences in their recovery journeys
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that truly impact lives
• Monitor patient progress and administer treatments with precision and empathy
• Educate patients and families, empowering them with knowledge for better outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe, healing environment for all

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing - your ticket to this exciting opportunity
• Current BLS certification to keep things running smoothly
• Experience in rehab or long-term care is a plus, but your passion counts most

Education

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
