Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient conditions with precision and care on the Geropsychiatric Unit
Administer medications and treatments while observing vital reactions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft individualized treatment plans
Lead daily groups, education sessions, and one-on-one patient interactions
Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans
Coordinate nursing care activities that truly make a difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

Valid State of New Hampshire RN license
BLS certification
1 year of previous nursing experience preferred

Education

2-year Associates degree or diploma from a 3-year Nursing program required
Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Medical terminology mastery
Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Skilled in interventions, evaluations, and therapeutic standards
