Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating AP shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with 30-minute meal break, 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $13 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care that brightens residents' days
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch patient safety
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized wellness plans
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that feels like home

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Valid T-CNA credentials for travel assignments
Current BLS certification preferred
Commitment to patient-centered care with a positive spirit

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy for diverse patient needs
Excellent observation skills for timely interventions
Team player mindset with clear communication
Reliable and adaptable in fast-paced care settings
