Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Oversee unit operations ensuring smooth, high-quality daily workflows
Coordinate with staff and families to create positive healing environments
Monitor patient outcomes and drive continuous improvements in care delivery
Foster a supportive team culture where everyone shines

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Proven leadership experience in nursing or unit management
Strong clinical background with passion for patient-centered care
Excellent communication skills to build great teams and relationships
