Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional professional nursing care to diverse patients across MS/Tele/PCU units
• Create comprehensive clinical documentation and care plans each shift to ensure seamless continuity
• Foster a culture of safety and well-being through hourly rounding, multidisciplinary rounds, and bedside shift reports
• Actively participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement to elevate patient outcomes
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor for new nurses, sharing your expertise and building the next generation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive department atmosphere and error-free practices

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred
• Willing and able to float to Psych units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge (preferred or obtained prior to orientation completion)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training (preferred or obtained prior to orientation)
• Telemetry monitoring proficiency
• Strong communication and delegation skills
• Understanding of nurse-sensitive indicators like CAUTI, CLABSI, and falls prevention
