Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric patients, enhancing their quality of life
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized support
Foster a warm, dignified environment that residents call home
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions promptly and accurately

Qualifications

Active GNA certification in Maryland
Genuine passion for geriatric care
Reliable and compassionate team player
Basic healthcare experience preferred

Education

GNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in daily routines
Ability to handle night shifts with energy and focus
