Shift Type: 36 hours guaranteed, rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with physicians to craft personalized care plans that get patients back to their best
Deliver hands-on bedside nursing and execute medical orders with precision
Lead your team by delegating tasks, precepting new staff, and mentoring students
Evaluate and tweak care plans to ensure top-notch results
Facilitate patient conferences and teach for smooth transitions home
Float confidently to ED and Step down units to make a broader impact

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license required at submission
BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must document)
2+ years of ICU experience - a must
Comfortable floating to ED and Step down units
TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, SCRN certifications are a fantastic plus
Travel experience, neuro surgical, and open heart background preferred

Education

RN licensure in Michigan
