Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Design and implement innovative interventions that make real differences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess functional abilities and create tailored rehabilitation strategies
Inspire hope and progress in every session you lead

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
BLS certification preferred
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings a plus
Compassionate approach with strong clinical skills

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
NBCOT certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Proficiency with assessment tools and outcome measures
Strong communication for patient and team interactions
Creative problem-solving to meet diverse patient needs
