Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours weekly, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and joyful birth experiences
Provide postpartum support and education to new families starting their journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maryland or compact state
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Labor and Delivery experience
Current certifications including BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery procedures
Proficiency in fetal heart monitoring
Strong teamwork and communication in high-stakes environments
Competency in Trinity skills checklist and specialty testing
