Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders and wound care, crafting personalized plans that truly make a difference
• Administer hands-on therapies, exercises, and modalities to boost mobility and independence
• Track progress, adjust treatments, and celebrate outcomes that transform lives
• Collaborate with teams, counsel families, and communicate openly for optimal patient success
• Document meticulously and participate in care conferences to elevate facility standards
• Supervise assistants and students while upholding the highest ethical practices

Qualifications

• Oklahoma State PT License (required)
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (new grads welcome with Level II fieldwork)
• LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

• Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
• Eligible for Oklahoma State Licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in evidence-based assessments and interventions
• Proficiency with manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and wound care
• Strong communication for team collaboration and patient counseling
• Electronic documentation and regulatory compliance mastery
