Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized occupational therapy plans
Deliver hands-on treatments in a skilled nursing facility setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess functional abilities and develop meaningful rehabilitation goals
Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies for daily living

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
Any experience level welcome, including new graduates
Passionate about helping patients in SNF environments
BLS certification preferred

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy
Excellent patient assessment and treatment planning
Compassionate communication with diverse patient populations
Team collaboration in fast-paced rehab settings
