Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional inpatient rehab to adult and geriatric patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and critical care stays
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at a Level 3 Trauma Center to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage diverse caseloads including joint replacements, cardiovascular recoveries, and vestibular rehab
• Adapt treatments for semi-complex cases with multiple injuries, making real impacts on recovery journeys
• Navigate EPIC EMR to document progress and ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Physical Therapy license (must be current, not pending)
• 2+ years of Acute Care experience preferred
• Comfort with EPIC EMR systems
• Passion for working with Adult/Geriatric and young adult populations

Education

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in Orthopedics and Joint Replacement post-op care
• Strong background in Acute Care, Neurosurgical, Neurological, and Cardiovascular rehab
• Proficiency with vestibular and general surgery patients
• Ability to handle medically complex and intubated Critical Care cases
