Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical challenges to craft personalized care plans
• Deliver skilled rehabilitative treatments using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments
• Administer therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, and modalities to drive meaningful patient progress
• Monitor outcomes, adjust treatments, and collaborate with teams for optimal results
• Provide expert consultation to patients, families, and caregivers while documenting with precision
• Supervise assistants and contribute to care conferences to elevate facility-wide rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Oklahoma (required)
• 1+ years of OT experience, with LTC or Rehab background (essential)
• New grads welcome with solid Level II fieldwork experience
• Recent skills checklist and resume ready to showcase your skills
