Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized speech therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assess and treat swallowing and communication disorders with compassion
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Develop tailored treatment plans that make real differences in daily lives
Document progress and inspire confidence in every session

Qualifications

Active SLP license in New Hampshire
1-3 years of experience, especially in SNF settings
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Passionate about helping patients regain their voice and independence

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysphagia management and speech disorders
Strong assessment and intervention techniques
Excellent communication with patients and families
Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
