Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiography across modalities — including portable, OR, trauma and fluoroscopic procedures
• Provide timely and accurate imaging in the ED and trauma settings to support rapid clinical decisions
• Operate and maintain portable radiography units and C-arm/O-arm equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with surgeons, ED staff and care teams during surgical and trauma procedures
• Document procedures and patient information in Cerner RadNet accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and departmental policies while delivering patient-centered care
• Support unit workflow during rotating shifts and weekends to maintain high-quality imaging services

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification — required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in diagnostic radiography, including portable and OR imaging
• Proven experience with ED trauma imaging and fluoroscopic procedure support
• Comfortable using Cerner RadNet and common GE radiography systems
• Ability to work rotating evening shifts and participate in weekend rotation
• Team player who can also work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiography techniques and patient positioning
• Skilled in portable radiography and intraoperative (OR) imaging
• Experience supporting ED trauma imaging and high-acuity cases
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy, C-arm (OEC) and O-arm (Medtronics) operations
• Proficient documentation and image management using Cerner RadNet
• Equipment familiarity with GE radiography systems and Shiatzu portable units
