Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nurse
• Support safe patient transfers and proper use of assistive devices
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the care team
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families through respectful communication

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (California preferred for this assignment)
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care as a CNA
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to pass background and health screenings as required

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care techniques and safe transfer methods
• Vital signs measurement and documentation
• Infection control and proper PPE use
• Observational skills to notice and report patient changes
• Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
• Professional bedside manner and patient-centered care approach
