Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the interventional cardiology team during cardiac catheterization procedures and ensure smooth workflow in the Cath Lab
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment while upholding sterile technique and safety standards
• Prepare patients for procedures, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly using ACLS protocols when needed
• Document procedures accurately, complete required checklists such as the Trinity Skills Checklist, and support licensure verification
• Participate reliably in the on-call rotation and provide professional, patient-centered care during assigned on-call shifts

Qualifications

• RCIS certification OR RT (R) certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to complete license and certificate verification
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (every third weekend and two weekdays)
• Ability to pass required health screenings and Trinity 10 Panel drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience in Cath Lab procedures and cardiac catheterization
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology equipment and sterile technique
• Strong patient monitoring and emergency response skills following ACLS guidelines
• Comfort working in a fast-paced procedural environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of radiation safety principles and RT (R) practices where applicable
