Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with and support interventional procedures such as PVI, PPM implantations, EPS, LHC and PCI with precision and calm under pressure
• Prepare procedural rooms and ensure Philips and Siemens imaging systems are ready and optimized for each case
• Operate and troubleshoot monitoring and imaging equipment, including MacLab and Meditech documentation workflows
• Maintain radiation safety practices and assist with panning x-ray table procedures as required
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and techs to provide seamless peri-procedural patient care
• Mentor and educate junior staff and share best practices to elevate team performance and patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call coverage and provide dependable response for emergent cases

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• RCIS certification required (note: panning x-ray table experience preferred)
• BLS and ACLS current certifications
• Minimum 1 year of interventional/cath lab experience (explicitly listed)
• Comfortable with EP and neuro cases (preferred)
• Willingness to work scheduled Saturdays and participate in on-call rotation (≥12 shifts/month)

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac cath lab procedures: PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR cases
• Experience with Philips and Siemens imaging systems
• Familiarity with EMR systems: Meditech and MacLab
• Strong interventional skills and catheterization techniques
• Radiation safety and panning x-ray table workflows
• Ability to document and chart accurately in procedural settings
• Team communication, patient advocacy and peri-procedural support
