Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends — Day shift 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM (primary daytime coverage); night call team coverage for off-hours. Includes on-call responsibilities (average 9 call days/month) and approximately 1 weekend per month.

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiac procedures, supporting high-volume diagnostic and complex interventional cases
- Prepare, operate, and maintain Cath Lab equipment (Philips systems) to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Provide 1:1 patient monitoring and hemodynamic surveillance during procedures to prioritize patient safety
- Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, nurses, and the procedural team to deliver coordinated care
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in the EMR (Meditech) and support timely charting
- Adhere to sterile technique, safety protocols, and unit guidelines to maintain high standards of care
- Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as scheduled to support continuous service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (must-have)
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- Proven experience with cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiac procedures
- Familiarity with Philips imaging equipment and Meditech EMR preferred
- Comfort working in a very busy lab with a sense of urgency and teamwork mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization lab workflows and interventional procedure steps
- Skill in operating and troubleshooting Philips cath lab imaging systems
- Proficient documentation skills in Meditech or similar EMR systems
- Ability to maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
