Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting as needed
Measure and record vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
Accurately document care and communicate patient status to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Support patients and families with respectful, dignified interactions

Qualifications

Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification (required)
Active or eligible CNA licensure for the state of New Mexico
Comfortable working extended day shifts (12+ hour shifts based on posted times)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Ability to pass background check and drug screening per facility policy

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic clinical skills such as taking vital signs and observing patient status
Accurate charting and documentation practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
