Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (overnight)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and support to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition accurately
- Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Help promote patient dignity, comfort, and independence during each shift
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
- Comfortable working overnight hours (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong verbal communication and basic documentation skills
Education
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and ADL assistance
- Taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Infection control and standard precautions
- Safe patient handling and mobility assistance
- Basic charting and handoff communication
