Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers and ambulation using proper technique
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care and observations
• Follow infection control protocols to keep patients and teammates safe
• Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and family members to coordinate care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Authorized to work in New Mexico and able to obtain/maintain any state-required credentials
• Comfortable working per diem day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) and flexible scheduling
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
