Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while maintaining dignity
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely communication with colleagues
• Support safe and clean resident environments by following infection control practices
• Collaborate with nurses and facility staff to deliver consistent, person centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Willingness to work overnight shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team first attitude
• Previous experience in long term care or similar setting preferred

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Active CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic vital sign measurement and resident observation
• Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
• Infection control and standard precautions
• Accurate charting and time management
• Empathy, patience, and effective teamwork
