Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient status accurately
• Assist nursing staff with safe transfers and mobility support
• Maintain clear, timely documentation to support the care team
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff
• Support resident dignity and comfort through attentive, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Active eligibility to work in the United States
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
• Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check and drug screen

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
• Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Documentation in electronic or paper charting systems
• Infection prevention and basic wound care awareness
