Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, competent nursing care to residents following assigned care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform resident assessments and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges with attention to detail
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure safe, quality care
Maintain accurate, timely charting in the facility record system
Contribute to a positive resident experience through respectful, person-centered interactions

Qualifications

Active LPN license required (local licensure preferred given LOCAL ONLY note)
Minimum clinical experience preferred in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Comfortable working the evening/night shift schedule listed
Available for the 12-week assignment (Start: 2026-01-05, End: 2026-03-28)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a collaborative care team

Education

Vocational nursing diploma or LPN certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Thorough documentation and charting habits
Ability to perform routine assessments and identify changes in condition
Familiarity with long-term care workflows and resident-centered care
Good time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Team-oriented mindset and clear communication with interdisciplinary staff
