Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document care clearly and promptly in the patient record
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and well-being
• Support a positive unit culture by mentoring colleagues and communicating professionally

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (eligible to practice in North Carolina required)
• Current basic nursing education from an accredited program (RN or LPN)
• Previous clinical experience preferred; new grads may be considered depending on facility needs
• Facility may require BLS or other facility-specific certifications; licensure assistance available

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or LPN diploma as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Safe medication administration and documentation practices
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during night shifts
• Familiarity with infection control procedures and patient safety practices
