Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform quality radiographic exams with care and attention to detail
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and according to protocol
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through clear communication and compassionate care
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the EMR
• Complete required Trinity skills checklists and specialty competency testing
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and the care team to deliver timely imaging services
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety and departmental policies

Qualifications

• Valid state Radiology Technologist license (License/Certificate Verification required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity specialty competency testing
• Successful completion of required health screenings (fit test, drug screen, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB testing/IGRA, COVID questionnaire and vaccinations, influenza vaccine)
• Willingness to complete facility-specific competency and onboarding requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, positioning and image acquisition
• Familiarity with digital imaging systems and PACS workflows
• Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail for documentation and quality control
• Ability to follow safety protocols for radiation protection and infection control
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
