Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to patients during night shift
• Administer medications, treatments, and document patient responses accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Monitor patient status and escalate concerns to providers in a timely manner
• Perform nursing assessments, charting, and handoffs that ensure continuity of care
• Support patient and family education with clear, respectful communication
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license (appropriate to the role you are applying for)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) desirable
• Prior clinical experience in acute care or similar setting preferred
• Ability to pass facility onboarding, background checks, and health screening requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on night shift

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Good prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
