Roles & Responsibilities

• Complete required Trinity Skills Checklist and Specialty Specific Competency Testing promptly and accurately
• Maintain current BLS certification and ensure License/Certificate Verification is up to date
• Comply with facility health requirements including immunizations, fit testing, and drug screening
• Document care and competency results clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient safety and quality outcomes
• Participate in orientation and unit-specific training to integrate quickly

Qualifications

• BLS certification (required)
• Successful License/Certificate Verification as required by the facility
• Ability to pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and Trinity Specific COVID Questionnaire
• Up-to-date immunizations, 2-step PPD or IGRA, and ability to complete Fit Test
• Comfort completing required competency testing and checklists
• Professional, reliable, and ready to join a clinical team

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant clinical training or credential preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of infection prevention and patient safety practices
• Ability to follow facility protocols for documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail when completing checklists and competency evaluations
• Adaptability to new units, processes, and electronic documentation systems
