Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe overnight nursing care for assigned patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and skills checks
• Adhere to infection control procedures including fit testing and required screening protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (license/certificate verification required)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Ability to pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and required health screenings
• Current immunizations and health requirements (COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA)
• Fit test clearance

Knowledge & Skills

• Night shift nursing experience and the ability to manage overnight patient care
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with ACLS and BLS protocols
• Comfortable with electronic health records and thorough documentation
• Familiarity with infection control and occupational health requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
