Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Med/Surg nursing care to pediatric and adult patients
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Administer medications and treatments safely according to policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Monitor patient progress and escalate changes in condition promptly
Support and educate patients and families with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license (eligible for Missouri practice)
Experience in Med/Surg nursing; pediatrics experience a strong plus
Current BLS certification; PALS or other pediatric certification preferred
Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competence
Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
Basic familiarity with pediatric care principles and family-centered care
Accurate documentation and time management
