Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that improves outcomes
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred or willing to obtain
Clinical experience in acute care settings preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Current immunizations and any facility-required screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients safely
Strong interpersonal skills and patient/family education techniques
