Roles & Responsibilities

• Support patient flow by greeting patients and preparing them for their visit
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all equipment is ready and stocked
• Obtain and record vital signs accurately and efficiently
• Document patient encounters and maintain organized clinical records
• Coordinate care and communicate with the multidisciplinary team
• Assist clinicians with basic clinical procedures and patient care tasks
• Provide dependable, patient-centered support to keep the clinic running smoothly

Qualifications

• MA program completion and documentation OR active CNA certification
• Meet facility standards for MA or CNA per role
• Prior outpatient or medical clinic experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while supporting clinical workflow
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education

• MA program completion/documentation
• Active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical procedures
• Room preparation and infection control practices
• Patient communication and customer service in a healthcare setting
• Clinical documentation and basic EMR familiarity
• Time management, multitasking, and supporting a fast-paced outpatient clinic
