Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care in line with facility standards
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses, clinicians, and support staff to optimize outcomes
Support patient comfort, dignity, and daily living needs

Qualifications

Current LPN credential (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Ability to practice in Pennsylvania preferred given facility location
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with medication administration, basic assessments, and documentation

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing skills and basic clinical assessments
Safe medication administration and adherence to protocols
Accurate charting and electronic documentation
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
