Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on nursing care to residents with skill and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the care team
Assist with daily living activities while promoting resident dignity and independence
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Support admission, discharge and transfer processes to ensure smooth transitions
Educate residents and families about care plans and follow-up needs

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Completed LPN diploma or certificate program
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing / long-term care environment
Clear background check and required immunizations
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is a plus

Education

LPN diploma or certificate program completion
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and infection control protocols
Charting in electronic or paper medical records with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in emergent situations
Interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and clinical teams
