Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate patient care as an LPN, carrying out delegated nursing tasks with attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility protocol
Perform focused patient assessments and report changes promptly to the care team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure continuity
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (required) — ability to practice in Georgia expected
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or obtain upon hire
Immunizations and TB testing per facility policy (required prior to start)
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Prior LPN clinical experience preferred but new grads from an accredited LPN program may be considered

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Current LPN license in good standing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Comfortable with basic wound care, IV/line observations, and patient monitoring
Solid patient assessment and clinical judgment for directed tasks
Good communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
