Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered Med/Surg nursing care from assessment through discharge
Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor patient status and intervene promptly for changes in condition
Document care clearly and timely in the patient record
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license (ability to obtain NH RN license required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Med/Surg clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of Med/Surg nursing principles and protocols
Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
Familiarity with medication administration and safety practices
Ability to use electronic health records and document care accurately
Strong critical thinking and time management skills
