Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct nursing care to residents as an LPN, making each day meaningful
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes promptly
Document care and observations clearly in the patient chart
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Support resident dignity and independence while promoting safety
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
Participate in care planning and resident-family communications when appropriate

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (required or must obtain upon hire)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass facility-required health screenings and background checks

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and common nursing procedures
Patient assessment and recognizing changes in condition
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
Infection control standards and safe work practices
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
