Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team in a timely manner
Document patient care, observations, and interventions clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with patient education and discharge planning to support positive outcomes
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license for the state of Georgia (or compact license if applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable administering medications and performing nursing procedures within LPN scope
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program and required state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing assessment and clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and charting
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Good interpersonal skills for patient and family communication
