Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging exams while following established protocols and safety standards
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety by explaining procedures and ensuring proper positioning
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and report technical problems promptly
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and support teams to deliver coordinated patient care
• Document procedures, patient history, and imaging findings accurately in the medical record
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety practices to protect patients and staff
• Complete required pre-employment and ongoing health screenings and certifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current BLS certification (listed as required)
• License/Certificate Verification as required by the facility
• Ability to complete required health screenings: 2-step PPD or IGRA, fit test, physical, drug screen, and vaccine requirements
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing compassionate patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Familiarity with radiation safety principles and ALARA practices
• Skill with CT equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Clear patient communication and excellent bedside manner
• Accurate documentation and comfort using electronic health records
• Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced clinical environment
