Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and assist with activities of daily living
Perform vital signs checks and accurately document patient information
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility to prevent falls and injury
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated care
Support dignity and comfort for residents through respectful, attentive care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (Pennsylvania preferred)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Dependable, compassionate attitude and good communication skills
Prior experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus, new CNAs are welcome to apply

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and patient care techniques
Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Understanding of infection control and safety procedures
Basic charting and documentation skills, comfortable with electronic or paper records
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
