Shift Type: Primarily day 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; must be willing to work occasional night 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, and weekend coverage as needed (rotating coverage)

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents following established nursing care procedures
• Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing supervisors
• Support resident comfort and dignity while documenting care accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing (state license required)
• Experience in long term care or nursing care procedures preferred
• Willingness to work primarily 12-hour day shifts and occasional nights as needed
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Up-to-date immunizations and TB testing per employer policy
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of long term care routines and resident-centered care
• Ability to perform ADLs and assist with mobility safely
• Familiarity with documentation practices and care plan implementation
• Basic infection control and safety procedures
• Teamwork mindset and ability to take direction from nursing supervisors
