Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents as an LPN
- Support safe medication administration and timely documentation
- Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to follow care plans and ensure continuity
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly to maintain high-quality outcomes
- Assist with daily living activities and promote resident dignity and comfort
- Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
- Must be local or able to reliably commute (LOCAL ONLY assignment)
- Comfortable working rotating night shifts including weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
- Current basic certifications typically expected of LPNs (for example BLS) are a plus
Education
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (diploma or certificate) — typical requirement to hold LPN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Foundations of practical nursing and bedside care
- Medication administration basics and accurate charting
- Observation and timely escalation of clinical changes
- Team collaboration and resident-focused communication
- Time management for busy night-shift workflows
