Location: Atlanta, GA
Start Date: 11-07-2025
End Date: 12-07-2025
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes weekends and holidays (schedule may vary by unit)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for medical-surgical patients
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document vital signs, clinical changes, and patient responses
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members for seamless care
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and safe discharge plans
- Act promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when necessary
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications such as ACLS preferred
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of nursing care plans and med-surg best practices
- Proficient in medication administration and safe documentation
- Skilled in assessing and responding to vital sign changes
- Comfortable working with electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
