Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate patient care and timely clinical assessments
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Communicate with patients and families to educate, comfort and set expectations
Maintain accurate charting and follow facility policies for quality and safety
Support unit flow by responding promptly to patient needs and shift priorities

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license (we’re hiring both — RN preferred for this posting)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
1+ year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred (acute care experience a plus)
Clear background checks and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

ADN or BSN for RNs; Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent for LPNs
Additional certifications encouraged but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
Medication administration and documentation best-practices
Basic wound care and IV familiarity (per scope of practice for role)
Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compassionate bedside manner and clear family communication
