Ultrasound Technologist - Vascular

Location: Frisco, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with on-call rotation (typically Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday), and weekend/holiday requirements.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations of the abdomen, vascular system, breast, and other areas as needed.
Operate GE and Philips ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses.
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
Adhere to department protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications

Must have ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) with at least one year of experience in a hospital setting.
RVT certification preferred.
Strong vascular experience required.
Current BLS certification.

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in vascular, abdomen, OB/GYN, and breast sonography.
Proficient in using PACS and Epic EMR.
Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics and anatomy.
Skilled in performing a variety of ultrasound studies.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
