Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Take and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine required
Must be fully active in the state registry
BLS certification preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in taking vital signs and recognizing changes in condition
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
